1. One Time Yearly Membership Fees will be as follows
$35 - First Member (Any Age)
$15 - Additional Youth (18 & under as of January 1st of current membership year)
$25 - Additional Adult
$75 - Maximum per family of 4 (immediate parent and children living in the same household)
… Each paid member will receive a free 3dom T-shirt
… There will be member incentive prizes at every show, must be a current member.
2. If a member collects $100 or more worth of sponsors for the 2011 show season it’ll earn a single membership for free & for a family membership (family of 4) collect $200 or more & the family membership will be free.. Get out there and collect those sponsors…!!!
3. NO Non-Member Fees…added fee’s of $1.00PER CLOVERLEAF RUN ... PER HORSE… to participate in any class other than exhibition.
& a $2.00processing fee per horse per show.
4. The Classes that will be sanctioned in both the Open class and Youth class are: Pole Bending, Cloverleaf and Down & Back.
5. The 3 Divisions will be as follows: POLES > {1D -- FASTEST TIME} … {2D – plus 0.5 seconds} … {3D – plus 1.0 seconds} CLOVERLEAF > {1D -- FASTEST TIME} … {2D – plus 1.0 seconds} … {3D – plus 2.0 seconds} DOWN & BACK > {1D – FASTEST TIME} … {2D – plus .5 seconds} … {3D – plus 1.0 seconds}
6. Exhibition rides will be $3.00 and run after the regular classes .. No additional fees will be charged.
7. There will be a Peewee class for kids 9 & under (as of January 1). When the show allows they will receive ribbons. Peewees cannot ride in Open or Youth classes.
8. The running order of events will be Pole Bending, Cloverleaf then Down & Back. The running order of classes will be Peewee,Openthen Youth.
9. Youth may enter and receive points in both the Open and Youth events, paying entry fees for both classes. During sign-up they must designate if they want their Open time rolled over to their Youth time. If the youth choose not to rollover their time, they will run in both the Open & Youth Class.
10. Payback will be 75% of the entry money and 100% of the added money.
11. Prize money for each division will be divided 50% to 1D, 30% to 2D and 20% to 3D.
The added money will be divided 40% to 1D and 30% to both the 2D and 3D.
The total number of riders will determine the minimum number of places to be paid.
12. If two or more contestants tie the points and prize money for those places will be added together and divided equally among those riders.
13. If not enough riders qualify in a division that money will be redistributed to the qualified riders in that division according to the percentage for that number of places. Example: If you would pay 4 places in a division and only 2 qualify, you would pay that division the percentage of 2 places – 60/40%. If there are no qualifiers in a division that prize money goes to 3DOM.
14. A No time will be given to any rider who knocks a barrel or pole or who does not complete the pattern correctly. Also … A No time will be given if the timer gets tripped at the start of your run and/or during your run. Points and Money WILL NOT be awarded to riders receiving a NO TIME… When your name is called to run you will have 2 minutes to cross the timer… If you fail to start the timer within that time frame you will be disqualified & a NO TIME will be given.
15. Points for Year-End Awards will be earned by your placing at each show. In each division,
1st place = 5 points
2nd place = 4 points
3rd place =3 points
4th place = 2 points
5th place = 1 point
◊Year end points will be given to the rider. If you ride multiple horses at a show the points will go with the horse◊
16. 3DOM dress code: Long Pants or Chaps, Boots or approved Footwear and a Collared Shirt or 3DOM T-shirt (sold at shows). NO Tank Tops or Spaghetti straps are allowed. Cowboy hats and helmets are optional, NO ball caps are allowed.
17. There will be a Board of Directors who will be elected officials. They must be current 3DOM Members. All 3DOM members present at shows or meetings will address concerns regarding rule infractions and other similar issues. The Board of Directors and representatives of 3DOM will not be held responsible, individually or collectively for loss, damages or injuries to person, animal or property incurred as a result of participating in these events, or any spectators, personal material damages or loss.
